Excellent customer service, explaining patiently aspects regarding the car service. Car service was excellent and finished in a timely manner.

Great service, great communication, and further information to keep my car up to scratch.

The only problem I had was the car was booked for 10.30am for a 30,000k service, but was told there was a delay because the were working on another car. My car wasn't ready until about 1.30pm. Other than that everything was fine.

I had my back brakes and rotors done, but my brakes are still squeaking all the time. They shouldn’t be making any noise now.

I only did a basic service for oil change so can't really say much to be fair. The service work was good in my opinion as I could feel the difference after. The customer service was standard. They tried to convince me to replace tyres although they are only 1-2 year old (20k-30k km). It might be just a standard marketing practice by Tyre & Auto shops, as customers we need to learn to say 'No'.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. I would never go anywhere else. So happy, thank you.

It was a super easy experience.  The guys explained everything that they completed during the service and made suggestions on other required needs. I felt that they really cared about my vehicle and keeping my family safe. The cost of the service was very reasonably priced

No phone call to advise if the car was ready or what issues we found. Booked and paid for a brake fluid flush but this was not performed due to some system error when booking online apparently. I now have to bring my car back again to have this done. Took far too long to process the paperwork. I won’t be pre-paying online again.
