Amazing group of blokes. Took my car in immediately at the time I dropped it off. Replaced the timing belt and water pump in less than 4 hours. I asked for a minor service as I arrived as well, which they did not have to entertain but they did still perform. Gave me a printout of all the minor things that they noticed needed fixing with the car that other mechanics had failed to notice. They’re quite cheap. They’re definitely going to be my main mechanic from now on and I’d happily spend the hour drive from Singleton to Newcastle to have them specifically work on my car again.

Guys were quick at installing the windscreen but there is a slight scratch in it,  I think it's a scratch as it won't wipe off and it catches the fingernail also I would have liked a bit of covid protocol as no masks were worn or sanitation of vehicle before and after. But otherwise, they were good at the installation.

I was told that your team would have been at my home yesterday between 9 and 12. They did not arrive until 6 pm. I still have a rattling noise in the door that I need the guys to come and fix.

My experience was pretty good, the people replacing it 1st and 2nd time were nice. My only concerns were that the 1st ones were quite late and didn't have the right windscreen for our car. If we didn't have to go to work, it would have been fine, but we had said we really needed to hopefully be gone by 9.30 am and it wasn't until I enquired the repairmen arrived at 10.15 am without the replacement us very late for work. I am extremely happy with the afterpay options. Our windscreen is replaced now and I am happy. Get it fast glass.
