Requested RWC, mechanic decides to find as many defects as he can then report them to VicRoads without contacting me at all. He just failed it. Now the car has these detailed defects against it when I wouldn’t have proceeded with the RWC if he had called me and told me what the issues were. Have the decency to call and tell me the faults and see how I want to proceed with a car that I had no idea about the condition of as it was bought at auction.

Helpful staff, knowledgeable on BYD servicing. Simple text message notification when service was complete.

They do a great job and are very polite. They are also honest about the work that is done.

I say the service was okay only. Told the service would be about 2hrs and they would ring me. After 2 hrs I walked back to see my car was in the pickup bay, no phone call. Also asked if I could use the bathroom only to be told it was for workers only.

It was easy to book the appointment and they completed the service.

Unfortunately they had no record of my online booking but were able to fit me in.

As a mother/grandmother working full time and taking care of 3 small girls its not easy dropping my car to be serviced to wait almost a whole day for them to get back to me. I decided to try a mobile mechanic. So much easier! Not only was Noel on time and super friendly, but he got stuck into his work straight away. Once finished he advised my car was in great shape and just needed the wiper blades replaced. I will definitely book him again in 6 months.

I recently had Noel from NKM Mechanical Solutions Mobile change my car's front and rear brake pads, and I'm thrilled with the service. They arrived on time, did the job quickly, and the brakes work great now. Plus, having them come to me made everything super convenient. Highly recommend!

Quoted and trying to charge me what has not been done. This used to be a good workshop no longer. Following up, PMA called and wanted me to take down the review, and if I do that they will offer me free service. I forgot to mention, the car oil was still black the same day I picked it up, and white smoke came out from the exhaust. I immediately drove back and they told me it’s just diesel being dirty. But I remembered previously  I had the car serviced with them(before they moved shop and got more staffs more cranes) the oil is always clear the day I picked it up. Hence why I said was a good shop but no more. So I will keep the review up and not take the offered "free service" It’s my genuine experience.
