Was all round happy with their service! Booked in for Tuesday morning the Sunday prior. My car was idling rough so I assumed it was the spark plugs, it was indeed. So had those replaced, also was due for a service so they did that. They also sent me a picture of my rear brake pads as they were almost completely done & dusted. I confirmed to have those also replaced & had my car back within 4 hours tops! The mechanic was by himself so I was pretty impressed & it’s always a green tick from me when the mechanic gets in contact about extra work rather than just doing it & surprising you with a larger bill than quoted at pick up! Would recommend & no doubt will be returning for future work/services! :)

I arrived early but was greeted with a good morning and assistance to book my car in. I enquired about a time to pick up my car and was contacted at that time, to confirm my vehicle was ready for pick up. The service is very good and the staff are great.

Everything seems to be running well so far, although I tried to book my car in for a Saturday, which was accepted online, however, I then got a message to say that Saturday wasn't available and had to reschedule for a weekday. This ended up costing me more money as I had to organise a ride to get to and from work. So it cost me much more than just the bill for the repair. It's hard trying to find someone who works on a Saturday, but if it's not available, then don't put it on your site, especially when it is not a huge job to do.

Not sure what was completed on my 45000km service, The cabin filter was not changed unless everything was put back in the glove box the same, tyre rotation and balance were not done, so brake pads and rotors were not checked, I intentionally left the wheels dirty to see marks from taking wheel nuts off. I also know wheels are not rotated because all tyre pressures same as when taken in. I put extra air in the back.
