They arrived at the time specified they explained what they were going to do. After the service, they told me what I would need for my next service. I was kept in the loop about all the things with my car service. These days most mechanics don’t explain everything V-Mech does. Their mobile service was excellent.

The first thing is they forgot they were going to pick up the car and I had to call them about it. I realise they had a pet emergency but still they did not really remember we were booked in. They did not bother to reset the service warning on the car so it still beeps and displays every time I start the car. 
They seem to do just what you pay for and I think that was bit over priced for basically an oil change. If they wanted to add a bit of customer service such as maybe washing the windscreen or checking the tyre pressure, nothing major but enough to show they actually care about customer satisfaction.
I will not be going back for the major service which is due next.

Scott, Kristen & Lisa at V-Mech Automotive are awesome to deal with. I have been using them since 2019 and they have just gotten better. Scott will look over my car and give me quote, it has never exceeded the quote which is really rare nowadays.

Scott is an excellent mechanic who does good quality work!! He always goes that bit further for his customers and runs a great shop!! Kristen is wonderful as well, nothing is ever an issue and makes sure to maintain great communication and makes sure you have an all round great experience. Finding Scott and Kristen was like finding an excellent GP, you go there when somethings wrong but he always makes sure to look at the big picture and let you know if you need anything coming up.

Really amazing work from V-Mech Automotive, towed my ute to their workshop and had it was serviced and repaired the same day. Incredibly understanding of my circumstances and very accomodating in all areas. Will definitely be coming back for every service from here on out.
