Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I can’t thank the team enough for the fantastic experience I had here. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Frank, the manager, who was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely listened to my concerns. Ben did an exceptional job fixing my car’s cooling system and even went above and beyond by repairing my heater/air conditioner knob — such a thoughtful touch! I also had four brand new tyres fitted and a wheel alignment done by Matt, who clearly takes great pride in his work. The whole team made the process smooth and stress-free. While waiting, they kindly offered me a charger so I could recharge my phone. The service waiting area had such a friendly and comfortable atmosphere — even my son loved it (especially the hot chocolate!). We were able to do some homeschooling while we waited, which was a huge bonus. This team truly goes above and beyond for their customers, and I couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done. Would absolutely recommend Balcatta Quickstop Brake & Clutch Centre! The mechanics are very respectful and honest, paid attention to detail and completed repairs that previous mechanics had taken shortcuts on. They cleaned my engine bay that was covered in old dirty oil from a major cam seal leak (over 13 months ago) which the last mechanic only replaced the cam seals and kept the new crank seal that came in the kit and left my engine bay and belts covered in oil as I had driven the car topping up the oil for weeks until I could get it seen. Their receptionist Jen is an absolute angel, she's super helpful and very kind and the best part of all is they allow AFTERPAY which is the only way I can afford to look after my car now as I am on the pension and own a tk barina (iykyk). I've already recommended them to a friend and I will continue to do so! Thankyou to the balcatta Quickstop team for actually providing 5 star service to a broke girlie like me 🙏
