I am more than happy with my experience with Active Auto Ace Mobile Mechanics. This is the second time I have dealt with them and I have found their communication, thoroughness, and very competitive pricing to be excellent. I appreciate the level of information provided when going over what does and doesn't need to be done. They took pictures while servicing the car to show me the condition of the part that did need replacing, and to show me the part that didn't need replacing and explained why. I also appreciate their honesty up front regarding extra costs I would incur for a particular repair that needs doing. I feel more than confident continuing to use their services in the future.
