My car overheated Thursday night, the team were happy to diagnose on the Friday even though they were busy. Car was fixed by Wednesday with only heater hoses needing replacement. I was kept in the loop the whole way and service was outstanding. Even when my car blipped over the weekend, the car was looked over to another two days and no expense! I was contacted to ensure the car was working well. I won’t go anywhere else. My car is running smoother than it ever has! A very happy customer and happy to find such honest mechanics.

We just moved in around the area and I was looking for a place to get my car serviced. Carco Service and Tyre Centre has the highest review based on Google so I decided to get them to service my car. It was a smooth transaction from dropping the car but my feedback was regarding the pick-up where in they had told me the car was ready for pick up at 1 pm. I had to pick it up though at 3 pm because that's when I finished work. But upon pick-up, they told me to wait around 10 mins to get the car out. Also, they are offering complimentary vacuum and clean but when I checked, my car it was nowhere that clean so I had to go back and told them I wasn't cleaned. They had to apologise for it and had to get it washed and vacuumed, so had to wait another 10-15 mins for it. There was a 2-hour gap from when they say the car was ready for pick-up but at the end, still not ready. Hopefully, they'll address the issue that when they say it's ready for pick-up then it's REALLY ready for pick-up. But the car was running smoothly from service btw. Just not really good experience of picking up the car.
