How often should my cabin filter be replaced?

Your cabin filter will be inspected (and replaced if needed) by your mechanic at the routine service interval stated by the manufacturer, so it’s best to keep your servicing up to date in order to continue the flow of fresh, clean air into your car.

Most manufacturers recommend your oil filter be replaced every time an oil change is performed. The exact intervals will vary depending on the make and model of your car. Your local mechanic will take care of it each time you book your car in for a service.

Can I use any grade of oil in my engine?

Your safest bet is to use the engine oil grade determined by the car manufacturer, in order to maintain the best conditions for optimal engine protection. The only variance to that would be if an engine is dying and a different oil is used in an attempt to keep it alive a little longer.
