Computer error saw my booking for Saturday morning not appear on Abdul’s calendar. When I phoned to ask where he was, Abdul did his upmost to attend my location to complete the service. It wasn’t ideal for both me and Abdul but he made the effort to attend which I was appreciative of. He completed the logbook service as quickly as possible and he was professional and pleasant. Great service, great customer respect. Paul arrived as he stated he would (time etc), even rang to confirm & left a message. After a hour going through tests and looking at different issues Paul was able look at solutions. Paul also stated what he believed the issue was (not mechanical- key needed reprogramming), and what to do (Locksmith), hence being honest and transparent. I would highly recommend Patriot Mobile Mechanics. I know people are wary etc but Paul has renewed my faith in customer service. The price was resonable and Paul even explained every step. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Paul I will use again if need arises.
