Had issues with a booking for wheel bearing replacement. They had the parts ordered but had missed booking the appointment. I was so impressed with the way they managed this (owned the problem & worked a solution). I had needed & agreed for an early afternoon pickup - they were fully booked, but somehow managed the extra effort to not only do the job, but get it complete by lunchtime. Mistakes happen, but it's how they are handled makes all of the difference. Full marks guys! I've only been there a couple of times for service/repairs. Definitely my "Go To" now.
