While they completed the work, the price was good, and customer service was good. A socket and I believe a ratchet were left in the vehicle. It came out with a loud bang while driving and then created a terrible noise in engine bay as socket was stuck. Took the vehicle back and they found it and removed it without much fuss. It just shouldn’t have been left in there in the first place. Was not an overall enjoyable experience and created more stress with the noise/ getting vehicle back/ waiting times while it was diagnosed etc.
