Very friendly impressed with their work car looked and felt great and answered questions

mycar Tyre & Auto Loganholme is a car servicing, tyre and repair store at the Logan Hyperdome mycar Tyre & Auto Loganholme sits at the Logan Hyperdome on the corner of Pacific Highway and Bryants Road, Loganholme, Queensland. Cheyne heads a team of qualified technicians who handle logbook servicing, tyres, safety inspections and mechanical repairs for all makes and models, from small cars to family SUVs and work utes across the Logan area. What is covered in a logbook service? Servicing is carried out to the manufacturer's schedule for the vehicle, which keeps a new car warranty in place and builds a full service record. Alongside that, the store tests and replaces batteries, regasses air conditioning systems that are no longer cooling, and carries out roadworthy and safety inspections, which is what Queensland drivers need for a safety certificate when selling or re-registering. What mechanical repairs can the team take on? Brake repairs, clutch replacement, gearbox repairs, exhaust repairs, radiator repairs, timing belt replacement and head gasket repairs are all handled at the store, along with general car repairs and diagnostics for warning lights, noises and running problems. Car suspension scanning gives a read on shock absorber and spring condition, and windscreen repairs can be arranged. What tyre work is done? New tyres are supplied and fitted across passenger, SUV and light commercial sizes, punctures are repaired where the tyre is safe to keep, and wheel balancing and wheel alignment are done in store. Tyres purchased online through mycar can be fitted here as well. How does a visit fit around the day? Being at the Hyperdome, customers can leave the car with free parking validation and use the centre while the work goes ahead, and there is waiting room seating and wheelchair accessible access for those who stay. An after hours key drop covers anyone who cannot get back before closing, and a bus stop and taxi rank are about five minutes walk away. Fleet and business vehicles are serviced at the store too, taking in tyres, servicing and repairs. Loganholme drivers have tyres, servicing, inspections and mechanical repairs all handled at their local centre. ... view more

Alan Winford Mechanical provides car servicing and mechanical repairs in Loganholme Alan Winford Mechanical is a full service mechanical workshop at 1/36 Chetwynd Street, Loganholme, Queensland, in Logan City between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. It is a family owned business with a team of qualified and experienced mechanics who take on servicing and repairs across all makes and models, and it also handles auto electrical work. The workshop looks after drivers in Loganholme, Springwood and the surrounding Logan suburbs. Who runs the workshop? Alan Winford established the workshop more than 40 years ago and built it into a trusted local name. In 2020 the business changed hands, and the current owners took it on with the intention of continuing what Alan started. The same emphasis has been kept on honest, open communication about what a car actually needs, so an owner knows what is being recommended and why before the work goes ahead. What car servicing is available? Routine servicing is the everyday work at the Loganholme workshop, from oil and filter changes through to full services. Warranty and logbook servicing is carried out to the manufacturer's schedule for the vehicle so a newer car keeps its warranty cover intact. Transmission fluid replacement and other fluid services are part of the servicing work, and timing belt replacement is handled at the intervals the manufacturer specifies for the engine. What mechanical repairs are carried out? The workshop takes on brake repairs, steering and suspension work, and general mechanical repairs across the vehicle. Faults are traced and identified before parts are replaced. Tyre and wheel work is also available, which pairs with the brake and suspension side of the workshop. Is clutch and transmission work handled? Yes. Clutch replacement and transmission repairs are part of what the team does, covering both manual and automatic vehicles. Transmission work runs from a fluid and filter service through to repairs when a gearbox is not shifting as it should. What about air conditioning, radiators and exhausts? Vehicle air conditioning service and repair is available for systems that have stopped cooling, and radiator and cooling system work is carried out on vehicles running hot or losing coolant. Exhaust and muffler repairs are also handled at the workshop. Can fleet and business vehicles be serviced? Fleet and business vehicles are looked after alongside private cars. Servicing, brakes, clutches, transmissions, air conditioning and tyre work can all be arranged through the one workshop, which suits a business running work vehicles around Logan and keeping their maintenance with a single team. From logbook servicing and brakes to clutches, transmissions, air conditioning and exhausts, Alan Winford Mechanical has kept cars on the road in Loganholme for more than 40 years. ... view more

Great to deal with, and would be happy to recommend to anyone looking for their car to be repaired/serviced.

Ultra Tune Eagleby is a car service centre in the Logan and northern Gold Coast corridor Ultra Tune Eagleby is located at 128 River Hills Road, Eagleby, Queensland. Their mechanics have extensive experience working on vehicles in the local area, looking after family cars through to business fleets, and they provide a complete range of servicing and repair options. Customers know in advance exactly what a service will cost, and no additional work goes ahead without their approval. What car servicing is available in Eagleby? An Ultra Tune Eagleby logbook service is carried out to the manufacturer's schedule, maintaining the manufacturer's warranty to the same high standards as a main dealer. Alongside logbook servicing, the team provides manufacturer handbook servicing, regular car maintenance and all types of mechanical repairs, so both scheduled work and unexpected faults can be handled at the one centre. What engine tuning and cooling system work do they carry out? Ultra Tune centres specialise in the maintenance and servicing of all popular makes and models on the Australian market, which extends to engine tuning and engine management services. Cooling system servicing is also available, helping maintain engine temperatures and prevent the damage that follows an overheat. What brake and suspension repairs are available in the Eagleby area? Brakes are given close attention, since failing brakes are a serious risk on the road, and the team checks, services and repairs braking systems. Suspension and shock absorber inspection and repair keeps ride comfort and handling in good order, and helps tyres wear evenly rather than prematurely. What tyre and wheel alignment services do they provide? The centre carries an extensive range of tyre sizes and brands to suit a variety of vehicles and budgets. Their team uses modern diagnostic equipment for accurate wheel alignment and balancing, which keeps a vehicle tracking correctly and helps a new set of tyres last as intended. Air conditioning servicing is also available, designed to inspect every part of the system rather than simply recharging it. Can they inspect a vehicle's mechanical condition? Their registration and inspection service provides a report on the overall mechanical condition of a vehicle, which is useful before a trip, when buying or selling, or for general reassurance. Because the workshop carries out repairs as well, anything identified can be attended to at the same centre. An early and late key drop box is available for customers who cannot get in during business hours. Which areas does Ultra Tune Eagleby service? The centre looks after customers from Eagleby and the surrounding areas, including Alberton, Carbrook, Loganholme and Stapylton.
