The Manager washed the car, but was interrupted by phone calls in the office. Had to remind to fill in my logbook. Waiting room is very bland - no reading material, no TV, toilet is very grubby. Overall good work, nice clean workshop. Rapid Tune Underwood.

Tony was available first hand to discuss matters of importance and phoned during service to advise of things that should be attended to immediately. Whilst no one wants to pay out money for unneeded jobs the discussions were descriptive and later the old items replaced were voluntarily shown as evidence. Excellent experience!
