My last service was a major 120,000km service with Mitsubishi and I was never confident they had done a good job. I was right! The fuel and air filters were completely blocked (the car had been losing power) and obviously not changed 12 months ago. Taking the car into these guys I was sceptical, however they not only serviced the car properly but highlighted the air and fuel filter issues. The car now runs like a dream! The joys of supporting local businesses. Highly recommended and I will be back.

The guys were awesome, there was a little mix up with the type of service, the guys did a regular service, instead of a logbook service, but redid the service the following day as per logbook requirements. They informed me of some work that needs to be done at a later time and supplied a quote, no pressure to do the extra work. Informed me as soon as the service was complete. Very friendly guys. Would definitely recommend.

Well, several factors should be highlighted here, firstly, I am a very fussy car owner, and am always concerned regarding how my vehicle is treated when not directly in my care. Also, this was the first service outside the dealer network, I was nervous! I was resigned to eventually going outside the dealer, because of the cost and also the way the dealer took me (and my car) for granted. I have 6 months of warranty coverage remaining, and wanted to get an outside inspection done before the final service is due. I have had no specific problems with the car, so I was confident the service would be trouble free. Wrong! When I returned to the workshop to collect my car, I noticed it was still up on the hoist, but nobody around it. As I looked in, the business owner came over and introduced himself, a pleasant chap, I thought. He asked me to take a look at a COUPLE of things he has noticed, and wanted me to see for myself. 1 - one of the front struts was leaking badly, he estimated that most of the oil had escaped by this stage, the strut, dust cover and brake lines had all been covered in oil, and dripping, (I checked my garage floor, and yes, there was evidence of a small oil leak, for some time (soaked into the concrete!)) and 2 - of the two protection plates fitted under the engine, one forward of the other, the front one was only partially attached, and the rear one was totally missing! I was totally surprised, the previous service was done at the authorized dealer! It was obvious that the plate had been removed and not replaced. Tell me, how can I, or anybody else, have confidence in the work done at the dealer when this sort of oversight can happen? I'm now glad, very glad, I went elsewhere to get this service, for an independent review of the vehicle condition. I then called the original dealer to get the faults attended to, they were not in the least concerned, and offered their next available slot to get an inspection. AN INSPECTION!, then they will order parts. That means I will have to take two days off work to get this fixed! I'll be taking my car back to my newfound service establishment when this work is done, just to check they did it right! Are there no independent inspections at the dealer when a vehicle is service complete, just to avoid this sort of thing? (A v/quick lookover would have spotted the missing panels, at least!) I love the car (with the possible exception of the park brake system), but the experience has been somewhat soured by these oversights. Jeep Australia needs to know about such events, and I'm not confident the dealer will advise. Do with this info as you will, I will be discussing these incidents with the service manager this week, when I get the ïnspection". Good luck, Cheers 2014 Jeep GC 6, Limited. @ approximately 24K.

Tony runs an excellent business giving hands on service to the customer with excellent reporting of current and potential problems with the vehicle. Tony was available first hand to discuss matters of importance and phoned during service to advise of things that should be attended to immediately. Whilst no one wants to pay out money for unneeded jobs the discussions were descriptive and later the old items replaced were voluntarily shown as evidence. Excellent experience!
