They put a sticker on my car without permission. To me that tantamount to vandalism. I requested the job off service as indicated in the add when discussing drop off time, and workshop didn't know about the service, and said it wasn't available as they only have 2 guys in the shop. However, upon dropping off car, they then offered the drop off service which I made use of. Apart from that, the guy was a little brusk at first, didn't like being asked questions, but later it was fine. It was a little expensive in hindsight for the extra labour parts. But overall, the service itself was good and the explanations clear enough.
