Ninja Auto was clearly able to identify the problem with my Airconditioning problem so I could make an informed decision whether it was beneficial to get the job done. Assessment took no time at all - No belt attached to the compressor - Compressor had ceased up - The current condition of the unit was aged (probably original unit 2006). Ninja Auto expressed immediately that the job was costly, $1100.00. Due to my own research I had already costed a new compressor which varied between $300 - $600. I also knew to inquire about the condition of the hoses that could be a problem depending on how long the unit was not working and could also lead to gas leak. I had 2 other quotes from other sources, one similar price and the other $400 to $500 more and also both these quotes required 1 to 1 &1/2 hours to diagnose and both couldn't give me a time frame for completion.
