Ninja Auto was clearly able to identify the problem with my Airconditioning problem so I could make an informed decision whether it was beneficial to get the job done. Assessment took no time at all - No belt attached to the compressor - Compressor had ceased up - The current condition of the unit was aged (probably original unit 2006). Ninja Auto expressed immediately that the job was costly, $1100.00. Due to my own research I had already costed a new compressor which varied between $300 - $600. I also knew to inquire about the condition of the hoses that could be a problem depending on how long the unit was not working and could also lead to gas leak. I had 2 other quotes from other sources, one similar price and the other $400 to $500 more and also both these quotes required 1 to 1 &1/2 hours to diagnose and both couldn't give me a time frame for completion. Ninja Auto told me it would be 2-3 hours and called me within that time frame. I am a 72 year old pensioner and I have finally found someone who I would trust to service my car on going.

First I received the wrong radiator when I told them what car it was and then I went and returned it and still received the wrong one, it was smaller than my radiator that I had in the car in the first place but I made do with what I had so my car can get back on the road.
