These guys were great-car feels good as new and its an old car. They went the extra mile and fixed things other commercial mechanics didnt even try or care for. Perry's chattiness made you feel welcome and in good hands straight away-a genuine group of guys-hard working and honest! Even got a lift back/pick-up to workshop once the car was done. Slightly more pricey than expected-but thats not their fault. Recommend them any day.

Tony runs an excellent business giving hands on service to the customer with excellent reporting of current and potential problems with the vehicle. Tony was available first hand to discuss matters of importance and phoned during service to advise of things that should be attended to immediately. Whilst no one wants to pay out money for unneeded jobs the discussions were descriptive and later the old items replaced were voluntarily shown as evidence. Excellent experience!

My drop off time was specified as 7:30am, when I got there there was just 1 mechanic who didn't speak much English. He directed me to the empty office to wait.. I then came outside to ask when the office would be staffed, and he said 8am.. I'm not sure if he expected me to just wait half an hour in that room? I told him I had to leave to get to work and he phoned his boss, then he gave me a form to fill out my details and I left my keys with him. The "up to 5km drop off service" that I had opted for was not offered, so I had to walk to the train station. Maybe in future do not offer this service if it is not going to be available, as this was one of the selling points for me. As far as I can tell the service itself was fine.

Bryant and his colleague are great mechanics. Bryant owns the business and is friendly and approachable. He gave me an estimated time for the pickup and he was spot on time. It was my first time there and he picked up problems that I had suspected needed replacing based on my own observations and records. So I'm happy he picked them up without me mentioning anything first. He gave me a quote on the items and said that it was completely up to me. In my casual chat to him afterwards, he said he doesn't believe in pressuring people. He only draws the line at something that will 100% affect safety. Otherwise, he'll just be honest and tell you like it is. He said its his aim to be as competitive as he can and I can attest to that based on the quote he gave me. He said he specializes in air-cooled VW, but he loves doing modern cars too and when I was chatting to him, yup, he knows his stuff - look him up, he's a full fledged automotive engineer by degree! I'm 100% pleased with him and will definitely go back in the future. Also, his workshop is only a 3 min walk from Park Rd train station and Boggo Rd busway. He's also 5 min walk from PA hospital. Great location and what a great find!
