Tony runs an excellent business giving hands on service to the customer with excellent reporting of current and potential problems with the vehicle. Tony was available first hand to discuss matters of importance and phoned during service to advise of things that should be attended to immediately. Whilst no one wants to pay out money for unneeded jobs the discussions were descriptive and later the old items replaced were voluntarily shown as evidence. Excellent experience!

They have to take the car somewhere else. Overall the car is the same and will have to take it somewhere else to fix the problems.

High quality and professional staff. Very efficient. Had the service completed in a morning. The additional part required was ordered and delivered on the same day and installed that afternoon. Best mechanic I've been to! Bizzell's is a Paddington institution, isn't a better mechanic in the area. Will recommend to all of my friends.

Second time in have used these guys for a service. Easy to drop off, easy to pick up at my nominated times and greeted me by name. They are not great on communication so I assumed this time that no news was good news and it was, all clear. But warned me that tires will need replacing soon, good honest mechanics.

Very businesslike and professional. Very happy to find that the windscreen washer was actually checked and filled. This is the FIRST time this has EVER been done by any service department on any of the ten vehicles or so I have sent for scheduled services. It is there on the list every time and the $2.00 is charged every time but these guys actually did it. A simple thing but a ridiculous thing to routinely overlook as appears to be the 'industry' standard. So well done Midas...... I can safely assume all the other fluids were checked and replaced too. And you actually adjusted the handbrake also the way I like it... ie so it works!

They changed one windscreen wiper(the metal part, not the rubber) so now i have 1 new one and 1 old one. Maybe it broke whe they were changing the wipers but i wasnt told. Also, a complimentary car clean would have been nice considering they had my car al day.

I own a low k. car ( 35000k in 7 years ), a second car of an elderly couple, both bought new. The service was done as an oil change service with inspection & top-ups. The service was done at an agreed price with suggestions done re brakes & tyres. My only complaint is that it was booked in for 9.30 am., arrived on time, & said I would pick it up just after noon & that would be o.k. I arrived just prior to noon to find the car in the carpark. Great I said to my wife who had dropped me over to pick it up, it's ready & you can go. Big mistake to assume things. A workshop back up had occurred from the day before & I had another 1.5 hour wait before I could drive it away. Continued below.....
