I had a great experience with Ultra Tune Ingleburn. I've now taken my car there a few times, every time they have always been the cheapest and friendliest! I had my car serviced and asked them to take a look at my passenger door which would not open. They only charged me for labour and no parts for the door and were extremely polite and friendly through the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

Booked on Monday for service on Thursday. Received confirmation email Monday and reminder SMS Wednesday. Took car in on Thursday morning and they had no record of the booking. Had to wait 15 minutes to find out whether they could actually perform the service that day. As it was only a minor service they managed to get it done but if it had been a major service it may have not been done which would have been extremely inconvenient for me.

I had one day off work and about 8 relatively major things to achieve. Being able to have my car serviced at home saved a great deal of time (and I am assuming) overhead costs. Vehicle technician was on time, professional, courteous and friendly. I was very impressed and immediately booked a servicing for my second vehicle and also a pink slip.
