Competent service. Car was cleaned on the exterior which was good. There was some confusion re the *fixed price* as the owner didn't realise that what I had booked included windscreen wipers in the fixed price, I had to show him the email from fixed price. Also he never called when the car was ready for pick-up. Finally I was told after paying that I would receive an email invoice including what was done to the car but I have yet to receive it. Not unimpressed but certainly not impressed either especially in light of all the reviews for these guys.

The staff are good on reception and explaining maintenance scope to customer. The only let down of them is the time management which I find it unpleasant. I drop a car 0830am, they promise to call back upon completion but they didn't until I call and ask them. Feel a bit frustrated, car wasn't even ready at 3.40pm.

The service is good. The chrome end attachment on the exhaust pipe could not be fixed and that was dissappointing. Suggest that they have a list of preferred local exhaust repairers to refer to and in this way assist the customer to fix things they cannot do.

9 months ago, Midas Campsie did a major log book service to my car (Change spark plug for 6 cylinder including change brake fluid, oil etc), I was satisfied with the service so I went to see them again for a regular log book service (after travelling 12,000km) this May 2017, I left my car there and they said they will call me after few hours. They called me and said that my brake fluid is dirty and need changing, apart from that, they also said that I need to change the wiper blade and some other things that including wheel alignment. I then looked at the check list of the things they did 9 months ago during the major log book service and guess what? It was mentioned there that they have changed the brake fluid and also the wiper blades, I can understand the wiper blades that could be bad (but it was still good when I checked it) but my main concern is the brake fluid that they said it's and need to be flushed replaced again while according to them was changed 9 months ago. There are only 3 possibilities, 1) they did not really changed the brake fluid 9 month ago and said they did 2) it wasn't really dirty and they just want me to pay extra 3) that they changed the brake fluid 9 months ago and that the brake fluid is now really become dirty. I will replace the brake fluid today and see if it will become dirty after 12,000km. but overall rating for Midas is OK

My Mazda 2 appeared to have been serviced thoroughly.. it was sparkling clean inside and out, the log book entry had been made and the mechanical report was comprehensive with no outstanding issues identified. The cost was a lot lower than a quote that I received from the mazda dealer. I look forward to booking with NRMA Rockdale on my next service interval.

I wish I could remember the name of the guy I dealt with but not only was he friendly, he took the time to explain what my car needed and what my options were. I was well informed throughout the day and was able to pick up my car and make the payment without any dramas. I would recommend this business and will definitely be back for future services.
