I was extremely happy to find these guys so close to home and with the Mercedes Benz experience etc that I was hoping for. MB did a great job and went about it in an efficient and friendly way. Although you book you service and extra on the website, when you go there, you'll need to do it all again. You'd still pay the price quoted on the website but it'd have been much easier if they'd asked me about my booking reference number instead of doing it again manually. I also didn't find the staff friendly, at least the reception guy whom I talked to. On the positive side, the guys did a good job in washing the car and they didn't ask to replace something which I found honest.

Friendly staffs :) but if you are an European car owner, I would not recommend you. Plus pick up and delivery service isn't the service that you think of. They offer you a lift when you drop off your car, and they will pick you up when car is ready. But overall, very quick service.
