My car had a major problem and my finances were not great. They were extremely patient, particularly as it took a while to find out what the problem was. This wasn't helped by the fact that I couldn't leave the car in their workshop because I needed it for work. Their mechanics did find out what the issue was and my car was fixed within a day at a very reasonable price. I was also able to pay with Afterpay. I am really grateful to Alex Ross Automotive and the mechanics who did such a great job. I will not use any other mechanic now. I would very highly recommend them.
