I only had one complaint but it's not a show stopper just an annoyance. I booked this well in advance and was the first person there at 07:20 in the morning, told them I finish work at 2 pm and was told no worries it will be ready. Arrived at 2 pm and was told they had not even started the service yet. Service as usual was great.
