This was truly an enjoyable experience. I needed rear brake pads and disc machining. Joe explained the process and the associated time involved and precisely quoted the work to be done. No hidden extras. A free loan car was provided, very handy. No unnecessary upselling. He provided free advice on a number of unrelated issues and kept me updated regarding the work progress.
