Your team is friendly and welcoming. You were not able to perform wheel alignment on my 4WD because of the size/type of the tyres but called me to let me know. Nevertheless, they are pretty standard for 4WD. You should maybe mention that on your website. Also, when you perform the tyres rotation, tyre pressure and wheel balancing has not been checked or done. One of the tyres was missing weights and it has not been spotted. Result: I was driving at 80km on the highway and had to pull over because of vibrations which made the car impossible to drive. I had to redo the wheel balance the same day. You also did not rotate my spare wheel as requested. Conclusion: Good place to service the car, nice staff but not so impress by tyres service and little extra safety touch before giving back the car.
