The Mechanic was helpful and the service staff nice, however, I took the car to get serviced and would expect any issues to be brought to my attention before they finished the service just in case I wanted them fixed. Only found out after I picked up the car that there were 2 repairs that required immediate attention but that they hadn't told me about them before I picked up the car.
