Overall okay but only a bit worried about task completion as he has only one helper and always gets distracted from the work such as taking bookings, and handling customers at the counter, my advice is to have more employees so that mechanics can focus on what they have been doing. Also, details feedback after completion of servicing would be good and more politeness while handling customers would be appreciated.
