Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 Experience!
A huge congratulations to Shawn Behrendorff at Noosa Mechanical who is off to the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 V8 Supercars, as the lucky winner of the Fixed Price Car Service Bathurst 1000 competition!!
Shawn will make the pilgrimage to iconic Mount Panorama in October for the ultimate 1000km race, across 4 thrilling days, on an unforgiving mountainous track.
Between April – August 2016, existing and new workshops to the FPCS network were automatically entered into the competition to win an awesome V8 Supercar package, including:
• 2 tickets to the event including paddock access
• Economy class flights for two people to Sydney from Brisbane
• Return transfers for two people from Sydney to Bathurst
• 4 nights’ accommodation for two at Bathurst Heritage Motor Inn
• Corporate box access
• Opportunity to meet the drivers
• Merchandise pack including an event jacket
The total prize value is $7,000.
Shawn didn’t even know he’d received an entry into the draw and was very pleasantly surprised to receive the phone call announcement!
‘My day was already pretty good’, said a happy Shawn, ‘and it’s just gotten even better!’
As owner of Noosa Mechanical, Shawn made the clever decision to join the AutoGuru network in February of 2016. AutoGuru is a website that allows Australian car owners to compare local mechanics and pricing, and book a service online. The site provides a cost effective marketing tool for reputable workshops, with a customer review system to keep them honest.
‘I never win anything’, Shawn added. ‘I suppose I’ll just have to take a holiday!’
Well, today was your lucky day, Shawn, and we can’t think of a nicer, more deserving person to receive this prize. Now it’s just a matter of deciding who he’s taking with him on this awesome V8 Supercar adventure…his wife or a mate!?
