Yes. For logbook services, the service provider will sign and stamp your logbook to meet manufacturer requirements. If the service provider has not stamped your logbook, please contact them directly to arrange a time for them to stamp your logbook.

If you booked through AutoGuru and your booking has been confirmed, you can reschedule to a new date or time. Simply click the 'manage my booking' link on your booking conformation email. If you’ve booked with a workshop, the service provider will usually require your vehicle for the entire day due to scheduling. If you’ve booked with a mobile provider, you will only be without your vehicle for the time it takes to complete the job. Find out more

I had my car in for a handbrake adjustment. When I went to p/u I drive & all of a sudden the car started to violently shudder. I took the car back, told the receptionist what happened and two mechanics came out, both looking totally bored, no hi sir what seems to be the problem? Just took my keys & drove off. Eventually returning telling me that the handbrake was just overtightened. No sorry about that or anything. I come from a customer service background & acting like you just don't care doesn’t cut for me. I don’t think I will return or recommend them.
