The repair has been completed however there was lack of communication on when my vehicle was available for pick up until I chased it up at 1400 having to get a callback. 0900-1630 they had the car for. The services I paid for included a car wash and vacuum, this was not done nor did they let me know beforehand or even when I collected the keys. I returned to request a receipt for the work completed and asked about the cleaning. Still, no receipt received.

I initially had my reservations about using this service as it was my first time. Laura and the team at Formula Automotive put my doubts to rest with their helpful and friendly service.
