Firstly they need to train the workshop staff about cleaning. The chassis rails and under the car were coated with oil hand marks that I needed to pressure wash when I got home. They did not offer the free extras that were promised, namely the 6-month roadside assistance and the free rotation and wheel balance. The quote was more expensive than quoted but I went with it anyway as I needed it done. Won't be going back. Disappointing.
