Booked a car service for 9.30am which I totally forgot about. Was reminded by AutoGuru. German Tech Auto still allowed me to take the car in. They completed my service log book and gave me a full explanation on everything which was easy to understand. Very friendly and helpful. Will be telling my husband to go there.

The staff were ready for me when I arrived. They informed me the job would take about an hour, which it did. Apart from a bit of a mix-up with the invoice initially being filled out in the wrong name and the smell of smoke in my car on pick-up, all went smoothly.
