I specifically requested that the tyres be rotated. Unfortunately, it appears that this service was not completed as initially indicated in the service report. Tyre Rotation Not Initially Completed. Despite noting the requirement to rotate the tyres when booking the service, it was evident upon reviewing the service report and inspecting my vehicle that this task had not been performed. After raising this issue, the tyres were rotated within a very short time, less than ten minutes, which leads me to question the thoroughness of the initial inspection and service. There was no prior communication regarding the non-availability of a shuttle service to pick up and drop off the vehicle. This caused significant inconvenience as I had to make alternative arrangements on short notice.

The young mechanics at Menzies Auto Service were efficient and friendly and so prompt in fixing my car, it wasn’t booked in but I broke down and barely just made it to the service station next door.
