The car service appeared to go well, I had to request a copy of the invoice and also a breakdown of the work completed, but it was pretty good all in all.

The mechanic didn't go over my car thorough enough, asked about a few other issues with it and quotes for stuff was ignored. 4wd light still on said he couldn't figure out the issue with that, said it was nothing.

Process was easy, vehicle dropped off quick and work done in good time.

Geat service and great price would definitely be going back to Alpha Garage again.

Small workshop. No itemized details on the receipt sheet, just car service and the price in the column next to it. Upon pick up had to ask the mechanic to fill out the logbook. On the positive, he did wait till 2pm as I couldn't get there earlier and the car seems to be ok.

The guys at Alpha did well, some additional work was required but they worked to ensure my Afterpay payments were not affected and it was updated accordingly. Work completed seems to be good for now.
